Cola & Lollipops honors the memory of co-founder and investor of the record label who passed 5 years ago tragically at the hands of a crooked law firm named Overing & Wilde - murder for hire plot.
Nicholas Carson was born October 18, 1936 and died October 10, 2019, He was a great investor, skiier, tennis player, and former computer scientists who attended both UCLA and Cal State Northride where he obtained a master's degree in mathematics. He drove a baby blue 1967 Mercury Couger. He as avid collector of magazines of all kinds and looked up to Hugh Hefner, enviromentalists, and Bill Clinton. Needless to say, he had a vast collection of Playboy magazine from its first issue all the way up to the current one. His record collection was quite impressive with the Beatles 'White Album,' The Beach Boys, and Rolling Stones records. He was man of taste and culture for the arts. His favorite city to visit was Paris, France.
Nicholas donated to the ACLU, Pro-choice charities, and the Sierra Club among other charities. His younger daughter was shocked to learn about this and once she fenagled the doctors sign him off as mentally incompetent, she canceled all his donations to these organizations. His generosity knew no end and he gave freely without expectation in return like so many other human beings. You might call him Saint Nick or Saint Nicholas like Santa Claus because he loved to make it rain. He was a very good guy in that regard who loved to share his wealth with his friends and family. He was honest, ethical, and lived by a strict moral code.
He served in the Air Force and flew fighter jets. His father was also a part of the military and so was his grandfather before him; providing the United States with intelligence on missile defense systems that all engineering students read; plus his grandfather worked with Dr. Ivan Pavlov from Russia and brought with him all the experiments and knowledge to the United States at the University of Michigan. So Nicholas grew up with two university professors and Phds in the family and his mother was writer, journalist, and piano teacher who retired in Woodland Hills, California, after spending time in Fullerton, California. They moved around a lot due to Grandpa Alex's work as a university professor and missiles defense engineer for Sandia Corporation and the aerospace industry.
Nicholas met his first and only wife - Sylvia - at a dance in the 1970s and they were married in 1972. 5 years later they had a son - the founder of Cola & Lollipops - Jim Carson. Nicholas influence of music, arts, and culture (and love for the beauty of women) would play a great role in Jim Carson's appreciation for muses and music. Grandpa George, Sylvia's father, approved of the marriage and the Carson family was born after Nicholas legally changed his last name from Boldyreff to Carson. Grandpa George got his wish that his daughter would marry an academic with a traditional career path as he was a top student and excelled in both mathematics and the burgeoning field of computer science. Nicholas worked for CalFed for a brief time before turning to the life of an investor and self-made man investing in real estate and companies.
Nicholas had properties both in California and out of state managed by rental agencies. He was an active landlord and even made an apperance on Judge Judy when one of his tenant's son was mentally ill and causing problems in the building. Nicholas won the case and was happy with the judgment and being on TV. A few years later he joined an improv class that coincidentally his son was enrolled in and they got introduced to improv comedy at the same time. The father and son team proved to be an assset to the class as Jim could save Nicholas when he was making super awkward grandpa jokes.
Nicholas love for food cannot be understated. He loved eating pepporoni pizza with mushrooms everyday. If it wasn't pizza it was whole chickens or steaks. He could afford to drink so many spirits and wine since he had a diet rich in fatty foods to protect his liver and never suffered any liver damage as a result of this combination of nutrition. Even at 82 years old he probably at least 2 years left in him or more he had so much energy. Even up to his last week of life he was taking in his neighbors trash cans all by himself in his wheelchair on a street with incline slope back up. His physical strenth was amazing and he liked to brag about it from time to time. He even said that the birth of Jim was the result of his "super sperm" that broke through Sylvia's IUD.
It is unfortunate, but the Schmidt family, really conned him into believing it would be best for them to take over his medical care and finances. They would leave Nicholas without food for 12 hours sometimes in his last months and were only concerned with obtaining his property. Jim stated he has never seen greed so atrocious as the Schmidts and that Nick's daughter invited them out for dinner and said she would treat them, but instead, she said they could order from her limited menu coupon book and they would have to pay for their own drinks. She was about as generous as Kevin O'Leart on "Shark Tank." We guess that's why she married her husband Trevor Schmidt who has big shark-like choppers that resemble horse teeth or buck tooths. Cheryl's stepdad Oliver Gorosin always said that they didn't look good together and Trevor looked funny. He kind of looks like a cross between Howdie Doodie and Gomer Pyle and the Mad Magazine character. Very fitting because the couple both met while volunteering at a mental institution where they claimed they went "nuts for each other."
We can confirm they are nuts because they belong to a religious cult and are ultra-right wing conservatives on the far right of the spectrum with disdain for people of color and LGBTQ. They also believe that slavery was a good thing in history because it was legal at the time in the Bible. So everything they stand for is totally against what Cola & Lollipops stands for and what Nicholas stood for. Nicholas believed in progress and liberalism and was very vocal about his disdain for ultra-right wing ideals. Extremes on both sides can be very dangerous. So dangerous that people can take advantage of the loose California hospice system and get people that don't need to be on hospice on hospice.
The Schmidt daughter said it was the "free medicine." The Roze Room representative Stephanie said they usually don't take patients like Nicholas onboard because he was very active and not bedridden. He was rolling around in his chair and ordering the nurses around to make him tea with ice cream in it. The Roze Room team had to strap him into bed and confine him in order to kill him and collect on the insurance pay and his assets. In hidsight, he may have not enjoyed what was to come in 2020 with Covid, but he definitely had a few more years in based off his strong will to survive and boundless amount of energy, he was a night owl and kept everyone awake at night. After all, he was a party animal.
Nicholas A. Carson died semi-peacefully in his home on October 10, 2019, after being denied food for three weeks by his caretaker Cassandra Wilde who was hired by the brother-in-law of the Carson family - Trevor Schmidt of Sunland. Cassandra Wilde was snuck into the home under false pretenses claiming to be a family friend but was actually the daughter of the lawyer representing Mr. Schmidt - Edward Charles Wilde.
Edward Charles Wilde and Michael Overing were representing Mr. Schmidt in a battle over the estate which was supposed to be 50-50 between the daughter and son (yours truly) of Nicholas A. Carson. The Schmidt family was highly secretive and underhanded in its actions leading up to Mr. Carson's death and were consumed with greed in order to gain control of his house and even serving eviction notice the day after his death. The only problem was that the deed to the house was in the will that was 50-50 to son and daughter and not the cock-eyed cooked up will that Trevor and the Schmidts paid $1,200 for to another corrupt preacher and pastor of their alma matter - The Master's University.
Eventually, the son and daughter settled the matter out of court and reached a settlement that wasn't necessarily fair, but good enough to stop the harassment and pain that I had to go through as part of the Schmidts greed to gain control of the house so they could sell it and turn a profit; the only thing they cared about.
So I moved to Thailand to get as far away as possible from the Schmidts, Overing & Wilde, and all of their associates at Grace Community Church and Master's University whose goal was to destroy me next so they could gain control of the house and all the parents' assets through tactics of manipulation and brainwashing under the cloak of religion.
My dad's last words to me were, "I love you," but just a few nights earlier he was screaming for help, "You are starving me." My hands were tied as the caregiver assaulted me by karate chopping me as I went to deliver him food. She was supposed to be a 24 hour care taker but was only there to make sure he wasn't served food as directed by the Overing & Wilde law firm.
If I could have done more, I would have, but I truly thought my sister and brother-in-law had the best of intentions and I was living in denial that an evil so cruel could actually exist on this planet.

This is me and my sister in better and happier days free from the mental brainwashing and mentorship she underwent under the pastor turned lawyer Edward Charles Wilde of Pasadena, California, and the Burbank, California area.
But enough about the sad story of how they starved my perfectly healthy dad to death who had a few minor age-related problems that any 82-year old might have; I'd like to focus on the good things he did for Cola & Lollipops and how he supported the mission of both Anahata Love Recordings and Cola & Lollipops.
He gave me my first Beatles records and Jimi Experience records to scratch on Technics vinyl turntables. Then gave me my first guitar at age 13 years of age. He pledged to allow me to attend as many rock concerts as I wanted as a teen and college student. I attended school in Santa Barbara where I learned how to DJ by rocking parties 7 nights a week.
He later invested in plug-ins for the studio after I had made my fortune in the health and wellness industry to build the first ever Anahata Love Recordings studio. My studio was my pride and joy until it was torn down for the caretaker to live in for three weeks.
Later on, he helped the purchase of a sound system to throw Anahata Love parties from Fishbon art car at Lucidity Festival to The DisclosureFest presents The Mass Meditation Initiative at Los Angeles Historic Park in Downtown Los Angeles. He was a great father that was always supportive of music and the arts. His favorite musical artist in his later years was Lady Gaga.
5 years later, I have to say I have healed from the pain and suffering that took place from his tragic and shocking death, to what my sister said, "No body, no evidence, no crime." It his her and her husband's karma and none of my business now as what is done is done.
I healed by marrying the love of my life, establishing a solid foundation of musical works of art that are timeless, and being true to myself as a producer, artist, and human being. I am exactly where I need and want to be. I love Thailand and foreign travel. I love producing music that touches and heals people from across the globe. I lived on an island in paradise and also spent a majority of my time in a city that keeps my busy with production and Zoom calls with hypnotherapy and matchmaking clients.
My father always used to say there would be two lines when someone arrived at heaven. The first line would be the slow line with all the accountants, tax collectors, bankers, lawyers, and politicians. They would get in last. The second line would be the VIP line where all the musicians, dancers, singers, and music producers would get red carpet service. They would all pass through extremely fast while the lawyers and politicans had to wait! Ha! That is how he lived his life; with a great respect and reverence for entertainment and the arts; and a great, subtle, witty, dry sense of humor. From classic rock to the modern day sounds of Lady Gaga, he enjoyed it all, and had a great taste in music.
Nicholas was an avid Zumba dancer well into his late 70s and a former champion skier and tennis player. He was a mathematician when he was younger and even when he was 82 years old he could do multiplication tables better than most high schoolers today.
He didn't sleep that much and was a night owl, and I as I get older, I can relate and I am guessing it is due to his hard work ethic that he admired in his grandfather on his mom's side - Grandpa Edwards who worked for the railroad and gifted him 40 acres of land in Oklahoma.
My dad's hard work ethic turned him into an avid investor in stocks, bond, mutual funds, and all things finance, with an apartment building and attached home to compliment the rental property. I often was often tasked with accompanying to clean the properties and trim trees. He also sent me on various errands to give donations to Democratic causes.
All in all, my dad was a great Air Force veteran who served the US Military and forbid me to do so as every single family member before him did. I think he knew I was going to be shining star in the music industry and didn't want anything slowly me down. He believed in me while other people like my brother-in-law have told me, "It is never going to be anything other than a hobby." Well, I have news for you, pal... it is more than a hobby, it is a lifestyle and my life's work and calling. I'm doing it on more than a hobby level and have the receipts to prove it.
So with my dad's birthday coming up in just a few days on October 18th I wanted to take a few moments to thank him for being a guardian angel not only in this life in the afterlife. I swear he is listening to my prayers when I need him the most.
I forgive the law firm of Overing & Wilde for doing what they did and wish them no harm and all the family members involved, I know that money so big is hard to turn down when it is staring you in the face. It is human nature. I just wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless you are looking for some "Better Call Saul"-type of lawyers or business partners. The Schmidts also fell for a Nigerian real estate scam which got them in financial trouble in the first place. I digress.
In conclusion, Nicholas A. Carson was a man of many talents and interests who grew up as part of The Greatest Generation who married my Baby Boomer mother and always lived life to the fullest. He often would let me skip elementary school on a weekday and we would go ride all the rides at Magic Mountain like Colossus and Revolution 13 to 14 times in a row. He brought me home McDonald's anytime I was sick and I did the same for him later in life. I must have added 5 years to his life he didn't have had he been under the care of the Schmidts as one doctor put it. I did Reiki (energy work) on him once in the hospital that seemed to bring him back to life. He was sort of freaked out by it and came out of his slumber super fast.
He was also instrumental in introducing me to the music of Jackson Browne at the Universal Amphitheater now called the Gibson Amphitheater where I first ran into Weird Al Yankovic.
Some might say I should keep this to myself, but it is therapeutic for me to discuss and part of my story. I cannot help what happened to me and I cannot help how dark and crooked the Schmidts and Overing & Wilde truly are. This is the true account of what happened. Still, in all of this, Cola & Lollipops was born out of Anahata Love Recordings thanks to Nicholas A. Carson and his great influence on me as lover of all things sweet - like house music and uplifting, energetic music.
I don't drink anymore, but if you do, raise a toast to Nick, with a rum and coke - his favorite drink. Make sure there are at least two ice cubes in there. Add a little vanilla ice cream if you are feeling bold. Thank you to Nick, my father, for all his great deeds and teaching me how to be a man in this crazy world we are living in and how to operate from a standpoint of ethics and justice; not confused by smoke and mirrors of false preachers and dangerous cults.
He truly lived a magnificent life that led to my magnificent life and if I get the opportunity, I will pass that on to my offspring. Wishing everyone well as we head into the end of October. I will probably receive a cease and desist, but truth is always a defense to defamation, so I am not too worried about it.
Everyone has to pay for their sins someday. For them, it is just being brought to light with no intention of me taking it down this time. All things in the light. It is past the statute of limitations so they can all talk about it freely without facing any legal consequences. They should own up to it.
If you are undergoing a tough situation with a family member where they are trying to swindle you or take advantage of a family member and you are in Southern California, I highly recommend Ed Terzian of Inheritance Recovery Attorneys at (818) 579-2358 - 301 N Lake Fl 10 Pasadena, CA 9110 Ed helped me along with attorney Mark Russakow and I am forever grateful to them for their great teamwork and follow-through.
In the words of Lady Gaga,
"I'm on the edge of glory
And I'm hangin' on a moment of truth
I'm on the edge of glory
And I'm hangin' on a moment with you."
Rest in peace, Nicholas A. Carson (1936-2019)
Happy 5 years in heaven. This has got to be the best year ever!!! :)
Thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me with the work of the angels and the Creator - Yahweh!
