"Bass Bump” represents my passion for techno, minimal techno, and deep tech — styles of electronic music that have been a major creative influence on me as an artist.
With this recording, I wanted to create something focused, energetic, and rhythmically driven, while keeping the production and groove at the heart of the track.
“Bass Bump” reflects the sound I love to create and the music I am most passionate about sharing with listeners and the electronic music community.
I am submitting “Bass Bump" (Radio Edit) for GRAMMY consideration in Best Dance/Electronic Recording because I believe it represents my artistic direction and my commitment to pushing my sound forward within contemporary techno and electronic dance music.

Collectively, the "Bass Bump" album along with two other songs, the Original Mix, the Extended Mix, and the Max Mega "Bass Bump" (Radio Edit) recording has achieved great success organically streaming on the Soundcloud Platform with thousands of streams. The "Bass Bump" (Radio Edit) has had over 4,526 streams alone last week in the techno genre; and remains in some of Beatport's most competitive genre charts going on for over 4 months now; providing DJ weapons and tools for DJs to use in their sets with psychedelic FX and acapellas.
Artist Bio:
Max Mega’s style is self described as an ‘After-hours throw down DJ.’ His electronic music passion as a Tech House, Deep Tech, Techno producer with a flair for the Minimal Sounds - a rising DJ stemming from his brace-faced teenage years in New York, NY.
Currently residing in Las Vegas, Max Mega is a former Accountant, business analyst, and now fully immersed in sound engineering and production, as a DJ. Additionally, Max is a former Radio show host of ViBE 99.7FM - Las Vegas' MFN Techno, and the station’s head resident DJ and show producer. Currently, a Resident DJ at Drai’s Las Vegas and part of the Bauhaus Baufam crew.
